We released version 2.0.4 of Abook.

New features:

  • As all of us expected, there's finally the import/export tool, a great missing function from the older component. As some knows, Joomla team has made many changes on database structure, in particular for the new great introduction of permission management. Therefore this has impacted to Abook.
Importing from previous version of Abook (1.1.2 and older) can be made only trough CSV import.
You must create categories structure before, then you can import books for every category, individually.
  • Added "Reset Hits" on books view. You can reset hits for selected books.
Added the number of books in categories view (on the right of the title)
Added "Rebuild" button in categories view. This is used to rebuil tree data in case of "strange" behaviour
